TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to Orisas Child and MysticU Academy! This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “Client,” or “Member”) and Orisas Child, a spiritual company, and MysticU Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your use of our services, website, and any products or content we provide.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. • By using our services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services
Orisas Child and MysticU Academy provide educational courses, divination services, spiritual guidance, and related products. • Our services include, but are not limited to, online and in-person courses, spiritual guidance, divination consultations, mindfulness and meditation programs, and any other services we may offer in the future.
3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. • You understand that Orisas Child and MysticU Academy do not offer medical, psychological, or financial advice, nor are our services intended to replace professional care. •
By participating in our services, you accept personal responsibility for your choices and actions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for any of our services or courses.
You agree to treat all participants and facilitators respectfully.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
5. Payment and Refunds Fees: You agree to pay the fees for our services as listed at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final, and refunds are not provided except in cases where a course or service is canceled by us.
Recurring Payments:
Some programs or memberships may require recurring payments. By enrolling in such programs, you agree to honor these recurring payments as outlined in the payment agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Orisas Child and MysticU Academy, including but not limited to text, images, video, logos, and course materials, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our materials for personal, non-commercial use only. • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability •
Orisas Child and MysticU Academy are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. • You understand and agree that your use of our services is at your own risk.

Indemnification • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orisas Child and MysticU Academy, their employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Peachtree Corners, GA.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Peachtree Corners, GA.
