BOOKING POLICY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with me on your spiritual journey. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please review the following policies:
1. Respecting Our Time:
- I honor your time and ask that you do the same. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. There is a rebooking fee of $15 if I am not noticed in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.
- No-Call No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, I reserve the right to decline future bookings and no refund will be issued.
- A grace period of 10 minutes will be given for for the 1 hour session and 20 minutes for the 3 hour session. After this time I will have to reschedule the appointment with the rescheduling fee.
2. Payment:
- All sessions must be paid in full before the session starts. Unpaid sessions will be automatically canceled.
3. Time Zone & Session Format:
- All sessions are conducted based on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please ensure you are aware of the time difference in your location.
- Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless another method is requested and agreed upon in advance.
4. Preparation:
- Come prepared! I encourage you to have a pen and notepad ready, as I will not be able to recall the details of your reading after the session. This is your time to receive insights and guidance, so note down any important points.
5. Numerology Readings:
- For numerology readings, it is essential that you provide your full birth name, including your middle name, as given at birth. Inaccurate information will affect the accuracy of your reading.
- If incorrect information is provided, a correction fee of $6.95 will be charged to adjust the reading.
